2.  The SAICO booths have been completely “Americanized” in every way including filters, burners, motors, electric components and also floor weight tolerance has been increased to meet U.S. vehicle weight requirements.

3.  Proper Air Flow:  All of our booths, from the economy to the deluxe, have excellent airflow, with 11,300 to 22,000 CFM airflow.  We do not sacrifice quality in any price range, as other booth manufacturers often do.

4.  Safety Features:  We have an ETL listed booth and have no problem being accepted by any local inspectors or Fire Marshalls.  All ducts meet or exceed code, even the burner breather is ducted outside to pull fresh air, not contaminated shop air.  The booth is also equipped with heat sensors in the generator and inside the booth to automatically shut the burner down in case of fan failure.

5.  Burner Features and options:  We use a Power Flame burner, which carries a UL listing, and the burner manufacturer carries an extensive product liability insurance policy, which means greater protection for you.  We offer both an Indirect and Direct Fire burner options.

6.  Our Booth Is Dirt Free:  Incoming air is pre-filtered before going to the ceiling filters.  The ceiling filters are Viledon and are the best filters you can buy.  The ceiling filters are the full width and length of the ceiling reducing back flow as the downward air exits through the paint arrestor floor filters.  The floor is grated with a dual airflow exit system.  The extraction unit returns the filtered exhaust air is to the atmosphere with no expulsion of overspray.  This unit automatically maintains a balanced pressure in the booth allowing the painter to spray in the same conditions regardless of the size of the vehicle or dirty filters.  Our photohelic (24V) monitoring system allows the painter to spray at 0 inches of water column pressure.  Best airflow, cleanest air.

7.  Lighting:  The SAICO spray booth includes up to 96 lights using the 98% sunlight accurate bulbs.

8.  Adaptable To Any Shop:  We can custom design a booth to meet the needs of any shop imaginable, from the largest truck booth down to the smallest car booth.  Man exit doors, heat generators, and air exit units can be placed anywhere around the booth.  You can have a drive through, side loader system, above ground, in ground, wet or dry floor, or raise and lower the ceiling height.  We have a system that not only fits your paint shop needs but also your “pocket book” needs.  After you invest your hard earned dollars, SAICO booths are the least expensive.

9.  Code Compliance:  We have gone to independent engineering companies and had them test and inspect our booths regarding codes.  We have an ETL listed booth and have no problem being accepted by any local inspectors or Fire Marshall.

10.  Pre-Sale Information:  When you order your spray booth we will sit down with you and your personnel, explaining the entire process of delivering and erecting your booth.  Automotive Technology also offers complete “turn key” installations, as well as simple booth erecting.  We specialize in knowing all costs up front, before you invest and buy our SAICO products.

11.  Installation and Testing:  We have experienced, factory trained installation crews to ensure a quality installation.  After the booth is completed, our company crews will fully test it, ensuring efficient and safe operation.

12.  Training:  We show you and your employees how to operate and maintain the system safely and efficiently for maximum production.  We explain proper prepping of the car, painter cleanliness and painting procedures.

13.  Service:  Automotive Technology provides service on all parts of your booth.  “We don’t go away after the sale.”  We have all parts in-stock at our sales and service warehouse.

14.  Warranties Include:  5 years on the heat exchanger (indirect fire booths), 15 months on the burner, 12 months on light bulbs, 1 year on all motors, 1 year on the booth.  Automotive Technology, Inc. provides a 1 year labor warranty.

15.  Investment Costs:  Automotive Technology, Inc. provides quality products for the best available price.  Auto booths range from $39,000.00 (erected) and up.  We offer a versatile leasing program as well as cash terms paid out over three payments.  These payment programs include “turn key” installations as well.
