25+ years experience in the equipment business for Collision and Mechanical Repair Centers
We are ready to go to work with you on the layout, design, building construction, equipment requirements, installation, assembly, and training for your new repair facility
When the contractor turns over the repair facility to you it will be equipped & ready to open.
New Repair Center: Set up meeting to determine goals and objectives for today and the future. Meet with owner and put a plan together. Determine Size, Layout of shop and projected construction dates.
Determination Of Equipment: Put together a worksheet and list of all equipment required for the New Repair Center. Get an agreement up front on costs of equipment based upon a budget. A complete book will be assembled with Manufacturers and products decided upon and recommended.
Design and layout work with the Architect: Many architects designing Mechanical or Collision Repair Centers have never designed one before. It can be very expensive for a customer if certain areas are not designed into the project up front. We can save you, our customer, considerable expenses by getting involved early in the project.
Building Construction: We work with the General Contractor along with the Architect to make sure, electric, plumbing, concrete, fire suppression, HVAC, and Permits are all run correctly based upon the equipment that will be installed. Technicians needs will be discussed and agreed to for location of all the equipment.
Work In Progress: ATI will work with the General Contractor and supply him packets for each of the Sub Contractors so they can bid the job accurately and have most questions answered. It is during this time that many problems are found, discussed, and resolved. We feel this is a critical time to make sure everyone is on the same page. This will prevent misunderstandings as the job progresses and save change orders.
Equipment Manufacturers: ATI will discuss equipment needs, shipping costs, pricing and schedule with each Manufacturer to obtain the best equipment at fair prices.
Warranty: ATI will coordinate any problems with warranty with all Manufacturers through the designated manager. One phone call is all he or she should have to make.
Repair Center Manager: ATI will meet and work with designated managers and technicians during the entire project.
Coordination - Delivery Of Equipment: ATI will not ship or deliver any equipment until it is ready to be installed. This prevents equipment from sitting around and being in everyone’s way. This insures that the equipment will not be damaged after delivery and prevents theft.
Staging Of Equipment: ATI will order, package on pallets and store equipment at its warehouse facility in St. Louis.
Delivery & Installation Of Equipment: ATI will delivery, assemble/install, level, and train on all equipment handled by ATI. We schedule unloading and installation, we will work with General Contractor timetables and shop manager to determine the right time for this.
Records Of Equipment & Location: ATI will put together a Manual of all installation and service booklets provided by the manufacturer. ATI will take digital pictures of everything in place for Insurance purposes.
Training: ATI will bring into the shop all persons required for training the shop personnel and schedule this based upon opening dates and hire dates. All personnel will be trained at the same time to be cost effective. |
